Lehvah ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (stored securely via Supabase Auth). If you use Apple Sign-In, we receive only the information Apple provides based on your privacy preferences.
Meal plans, recipes, cooking timelines, and kitchen configurations you create are stored to provide the service. With cloud sync enabled, this data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS).
We may collect anonymous usage analytics (e.g., feature usage frequency, crash reports) to improve the App. This data is not linked to your identity.
Your data is used exclusively to: provide and maintain the App's features; sync your data across devices; process subscription payments (via Apple/Google); improve the App through anonymous analytics. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Local data is stored on your device using AsyncStorage. Cloud data is stored on Supabase servers with Row Level Security (RLS) ensuring only you can access your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard security measures, but no system is 100% secure.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings. Upon account deletion, all cloud-stored data (meal plans, recipes, family membership) is permanently removed. Local data on your device is cleared simultaneously.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and data; export your data; withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise these rights, use the relevant features in the App or contact us.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
