By creating an account or using Lehvah ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Lehvah is a meal and event planning tool that helps coordinate cooking timelines. The App generates scheduling recommendations based on user-provided recipe information.
IMPORTANT: Lehvah provides timing and scheduling assistance only. Lehvah does not verify food safety, cooking temperatures, allergen content, dietary accuracy, or nutritional information. Users are solely responsible for verifying all food safety requirements, including but not limited to internal cooking temperatures, allergen management, and proper food handling practices. Lehvah assumes no liability for foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or any health consequences arising from the use of the App.
The App offers AI-powered recipe parsing that uses artificial intelligence to extract cooking steps from text and images. AI-generated cooking steps, times, and temperatures may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users must always verify AI-parsed recipes against original sources before cooking. Lehvah is not responsible for any errors in AI-generated content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may request account deletion at any time through the App's Settings screen.
Lehvah offers optional premium subscriptions ("Lehvah Pro") billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation and refund requests are managed through your App Store or Play Store account. Lehvah does not directly process payments or store payment information.
You retain ownership of all recipes, meal plans, and other content you create in the App. By using cloud sync features, you grant Lehvah a limited license to store and transmit your content for the purpose of providing the service. You may delete your content at any time.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App; (e) share your account credentials with others.
The App, including its design, code, features, and curated recipe collection, is the intellectual property of Lehvah and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The curated preset recipes are original works created for this App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEHVAH AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL LEHVAH'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LEHVAH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lehvah and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
